Mi Rancho Tequila signs international distribution agreement
Mi Rancho Tequila, which has its North American headquarters in Kansas City, Kan., signed an exclusive international distribution agreement with Hermitage Spirit Corp. to distribute its products around the globe.
Hermitage Spirit is a brand-new entity formed by Claudia Schumann and Bergitta Reiss, who have a combined 35 years of experience selling premium wine and spirits worldwide. The initial terms are worth a minimum of $15 million, but the deal can go as high as $35 million. The first 10,000 units already are on their way to a distribution center in Portugal, which will warehouse the products as they’re distributed throughout Europe.
